A successful corporate installation starts with a clear brief. Before choosing an arch or a photo backdrop, decide what the decor needs to do: welcome guests, frame a product reveal, highlight a stage or create a recognizable place for photographs.
Choose the moment you want guests to remember
For a product launch, give the product and brand message clear space. For a conference, consider an entrance installation and a separate photo area. For an office celebration, focus attention where people naturally gather. One well-placed feature can be more effective than decorations competing throughout the room.
Share the venue details early
Include the venue address, installation location, photographs and approximate dimensions. Ask the venue about load-in access, setup and removal windows, attachment restrictions and clearance around doors. For outdoor plans, tell us about exposure to sun and wind so the design can be assessed for the setting.
Translate your brand palette into the space
Send your brand guidelines and logo artwork along with reference images. Balloon finishes and colors may look different under venue lighting. A restrained supporting palette can help a logo or product stand out, while a more colorful installation can give an entrance energy.
Plan the photographs
Consider camera distance, the number of people in group photographs and what will appear behind them. Keep key wording visible above or beside guests. Share whether the final images will be used in portrait social posts, a landscape recap or both.
